Please fill out this form 2 weeks in advance of the event you plan to host, to give us adequate planning time (exceptions may be made for smaller events and depending on capacity). As well, check our events calendar to consult our availability!

For booking-specific concerns, please contact us by filling out the form below and provide details in the “message” section. Alternatively, reach us at manager@thecatseye.ca with any other questions and concerns. Promotional materials for events can be sent to fpdirector@thecatseye.ca for advertisement on our social media pages.

PLEASE INCLUDE:

• Details about the event you would like to host

  • Which organization is it affiliated with

  • What type of event is this (concert/performance, club social, meeting, group activity, games night, etc.)

    • Would this be open/closed to other students

    • Is this a ticketed event with an associated cost

  • How long is it expected to last, including

    • Length of the event

    • Estimate of set up/takedown time - all bookings will have a Cat’s Eye representative to support in this, however event organizers are expected to provide people to support in set up and communicate needs

  • How many people will be expected to attend

  • Any support you will need from the Cat’s Eye

    • If you require equipment, please fill out the instruments and additional equipment checklists in the form

  • If and what food or drink you plan to bring

• A preferred time/date for the event, including alternatives—especially when requesting Friday evenings. We recommend checking our events calendar beforehand!

• A title and description for our events calendar (if not provided, details will be minimal)

  • *Tag us on your posts to be reposted on our Instagram!*
